Simply call our Telephone Banking line to hear your current balance, transfer funds between your accounts or to another member, verify transactions, and more! With just one phone call, you can get fast, confidential information about your IECU accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All you need is a phone, IECU’s access code, 053, your account number(s) and your PIN.  Initially, your PIN is the last four digits of the primary member’s social security number.

To Access IECU Telephone Banking: 

  • Dial 1-800-310-9396
  • Choose your menu selection: Quick Check, Account Information, Transaction Activity or Member Services
  • Enter your account number (base account number only) followed by #
  • Enter your PIN. For extra security, you may be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your SSN 
  • Follow the guided prompts to complete your financial activity as you would online or at either of our branches
